Expansion Mastery meets Sammy Hagar, The Red Rocker!

A thrilling moment for me at Sammy Hagar’s book signing at Diesel. Sammy signed his new book, “Are We Having Any Fun Yet?” for me and I gave him an autographed copy of my book, Expansion Mastery. He made sure that I had signed the book, and we talked for a minute about how his book was also about “Living a Fully Engaged Life” – but with a fork! Then he graciously said, “I’m looking forward to reading it. Hey, let’s take a picture together with your book!” This is so cool and Sammy is a truly awesome individual!

I recommend picking up a copy of Sammy’s new book, “Are We Having Any Fun Yet?” It’s a super fun read! My wife and I can’t wait to try some of these recipes and it’s great to read about Sammy’s life in there too. This guys really does live a “Fully Engaged lIfe!” Not like there was ever any doubt though. Thanks again Sammy!
